How do I book an appointment?
Book online on the Book Appointment page, call 0344 9666466, or come to reception during OPD hours.
Do I need an account to book online?
No. You only need a mobile number we can call.
Can I walk in without booking?
Yes. Walk-in patients are seen during OPD hours. A booked time shortens the wait.
What are the OPD hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm. Emergency, laboratory and pharmacy are open 24 hours.
Fees and payment
When do I pay the consultation fee?
At the counter, before you see the doctor.
How can I pay?
Cash, debit or credit card, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Do you accept Sehat Card?
Yes. Bring your CNIC and card; the front desk confirms what is covered. See Sehat Card.
Reports and results
How do I get my lab report?
Reports are printed for you at the laboratory, and can be emailed on request. Online reports are planned.
Can I have a test without seeing a doctor?
Yes. The laboratory takes walk-in tests at its counter, 24 hours a day.

What should I do in an emergency?
Come straight to Emergency at any time, or call 0344 9666466. Do not book online.
Is payment needed before emergency treatment?
No. Treatment starts first; registration and payment follow.
