What we collect
When you book an appointment or send a form, we collect what you type: the patient's name, age, sex, mobile number and, if you choose, a note for the doctor or your message.
Why we use it
Only to arrange your appointment, register the patient, contact you about your visit and answer your message. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Who sees it
Reception and the staff caring for the patient. Medical records are kept private and shown only to those who need them for the patient's care.
How long we keep it
Appointment details become part of the patient's hospital record and are kept as medical records must be. Website messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them.
