Before your operation

- Signed consent, in Urdu or English
- Clear instructions on when to stop eating and drinking
On the day

- Anaesthesia with close monitoring and a full record
- Your surgeon, assistant and the theatre team
After your operation
- Watched recovery, with regular checks and pain relief
- Hand-over to the ward nurse
- Follow-up in the OPD
